A 45-minute keynote that names what women in performance-driven cultures have been wearing inside leadership — and gives them three behavioral tools to set some of it down without paying for it. Built for women's leadership events, conferences, and corporate audiences in financial services, insurance, and other high-performance industries.

DIAGNOSE · Hidden Drivers of Leadership Behaviour
Half-day workshop for leadership teams. Identifies the unconscious patterns driving team dynamics and gives senior leaders a framework for working with them, not around them. Used for executive teams stuck in repeated tensions, newly formed leadership groups, and organizations preparing for strategic transitions.
DIAGNOSE · Mask Mapping™ Workshop
Half-day signature workshop. Identifies which of five leadership patterns each participant is operating from, what each one is costing them, and the specific shift toward more integrated leadership. The most personal of the SHIFT workshops — and the one leaders cite as a turning point.
INTEGRATE · Leadership Under Pressure · The Nervous System Reset
Modular workshop (90 minutes or 3 hours). A practical workshop giving senior leaders a four-step framework for operating differently under pressure — not stress management theory, but a behavioral practice they can use in the next meeting. Built for executive teams in sustained high-performance cycles.
LEAD · The Shift into Conscious Leadership
Full-day signature workshop. The deepest workshop in the SHIFT suite. Walks senior leaders through Physical Intelligence (PQ), Intellectual Intelligence (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) — ending with a personalized 90-day integration plan across all four. Built for executive teams, cohort programs, and retreats with real outcome expectations.
Private executive coaching.
Three or Six-month engagements for senior women navigating the next stage of their careers. Built around the SHIFT framework, structured to combine pattern identification, integration practice, and sustained accountability across a real career transition.
Engagements are limited. I work with no more than six private coaching clients at a time, to ensure the depth the work requires.

How engagement works.
01 · DISCOVERY CALL · A 30-minute conversation to understand what your organization is working with, what outcomes matter, and whether my work is the right fit.
02 · PROPOSAL · A written proposal with the specific workshop or engagement structure, investment, and timing. Sent within five business days of the discovery call.
03 · DELIVERY · The agreed engagement, delivered with full materials, participant handouts, and the post-event support necessary to make the work land.
04 · FOLLOW-THROUGH · Optional post-engagement support, including coaching pods for leaders who attended a workshop, or staged extensions into additional SHIFT offerings.
